Avoid soy & faux animal products.
Avoid anything that has even a minor concentration of soy. Soybeans and soy products have naturally occurring phytoestrogen, which may cause complications during your adult acne. Many soy products are not made from soy products; they only have soy byproducts. These byproducts can make it highly processed food. It can be highly allergic.
Most soy products are not made from whole soybeans but by soy byproducts, making it a highly processed food that can also be allergenic, difficult to digest, and full of unhealthy processed ingredients. Don’t eat faux-meat foods, soy burgers, soy margarine, hot dogs, or processed soy foods.

Fruits and Carb intake
Sometimes a vegetarian diet can be a very high glycemic or high carb diet which is not suitable for acne and other problems. High carbs can sometimes not affect your skin, and other times they can cause acne breakouts. Everyone’s skin is different from others. For some people, fruits and vegetables can cause acne breakouts; for others, it can be grains and sometimes both.

Dairy products usage
Following a strict vegetarian diet, and still getting acne. That is because you are using dairy products in your diet. It is best to cut out all animal milk, whey protein cheese, yogurt, powder, etc. Even a smaller amount of milk can cause trouble for your skin.
